In an event first, Taste of Sydney is excited to launch the Sustainable Living Feature and the Sustainable Pop-Up Restaurant featuring some of Sydney’s most recognised sustainable restaurants. Each restaurant will be at Taste for 1 of the 4 days of the event serving up their own unique dishes created from sustainable produce.

Sustainable Pop-Up Restaurant Friday 9th March
The produce that we use in the restaurant is sourced from local suppliers from in and around Sydney where possible, help reduce the impact of transport. Again we try to use organic produce when we can but are somewhat limited by the affordability of our menu ideas.
